This lovely stone build house, is situated just outside of the medieval village of Issigeac, which is just south of Bergerac. It is semi-attached to the house of the owner but completely independent with its own entrance. It has an enclosed garden by a hay and a swimming pool just for you. You can go to the village by foot to go for example to the bakery. There are a few little shops, a good restaurant, terraces and a tennis court. Every Sunday morning there is a lovely market. The area is magnificent, undulating with lots of medieval villages called bastides, vineyards, castles and possibility to do different sport activities.
