This characteristic former wine farm, of which we can offer you the left independent wing, is situated at the entrance of the charming little village of Boisse, very quiet, in the south of the Dordogne area, south-east of Bergerac, between the medieval bastides of Issigeac and Villeréal, It is a comfortable, restored holiday house on two floors, with in front a nice covered terrace and a spacious garden to which you have free access, and a private garden, next to the hous , with a private oval shaped swimming pool. The interior has kept some of its original elements like the ancient bread oven in the kitchen. The owner produces his own brand of Bergerac wine. He lives in the main part of the large building. The 2 houses are separated by a large barn.
