This original holiday house has recently been renovated and is situated on the borders of the river Lot. It is a former lock keeper’s house. The lock has been flooded recently but can still been seen in the water. It is a very nice location to get some rest and enjoy the nature and the river. On the outskirts of the village of Condat near Fumel you are in the area where three departments meet: Dordogne, Lot and Lot-et-Garonne.  This means that there is an awful lot to see, discover and practice in the neighbourhood. For instance: cycling on the «voie verte» along the river for more then 160 km, water activities nearby (area to put a boat in the water), there are the wine châteaux of the Cahors region, starting just outside Fumel. Or you can visit some of the famous castles of the Dordogne like Bonaguil, just a couple of kilometres away. And of course you can discover the medieval bastide-towns like Monflanquin, Villeréal and Monpazier.

Lovely garden with covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, garage and vegetables.
Bed linen is provided.

Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Monflanquin, Monpazier, Domme, Sarlat, Rocamadour. Castles: Bonaguil, Biron, Gavaudun. Grottos: Lastournelle, Pech Merle, Les Eyzies, Padirac. Vineyards: Cahors, Bergerac.

Swimming: on location in the river.  Golf: 10 and 30 km. Tennis: 3 km. Cycling on the 160 km «voie verte» along the river, fishing, canoeing, water sports,  hiking in the neighbourhood. Horse riding: 5 km. Shops: 1 km.
