This large restored country house is set on 4 ha of land on a very quiet spot and offers a splendid view at the medieval bastide-town of Monflanquin (3 km). It has been entirely restored in the respect of the beautiful old details. It has become a very comfortable holiday-house for 15 persons with 5 lovely bedrooms and 4 luxurious bathrooms. There is a very nice swimming pool to make your holiday complete. The area is also very attractive: the hilly countryside is often compared with Tuscany. Monflanquin is one of the nicest villages of France. Its square with arcades at the top of the hill has many nice restaurants and terraces. And in the neighbourhood you can visit famous castles at Biron and Bonaguil or medieval villages like Villeréal, Issigeac, Monpazier, etc, etc. What about an afternoon visiting and tasting the beautiful wines of the Cahors region or Bergerac or a day canoeing on the river Dordogne!  The prehistoric sites of the Dordogne area and the Lot are within visiting distance from this house.

4 Bathrooms with large showers and in one bathroom an extra bath, washbasins, 3 with toilet. 1 separate toilet.
Large summer kitchen with covered terrace with garden furniture, gas hob, oven, barbecue. Large garden all around with extended terrace, sun beds, giant check game and jeu-de-boules court.
Private swimming pool: (10x5 m, till 2,10 m deep).
