This house build in the style of the Périgord with its “pigeonnier”, is situated just outside of the medieval village of Issigeac, which is just south of Bergerac. It is all on one level with a lovely private swimming pool in front, surrounded with a garden. You can go to the village by foot to go for example to the bakery. There are a few little shops, a good restaurant, terraces and a tennis court. Every Sunday morning there is a lovely market. The area is magnificent, undulating with lots of medieval villages called bastides, vineyards, castles and possibility to do different sport activities.
