Situated at 3 km of Monflanquin in the department Lot-et-Garonne is the beautiful property, where recently has been created a small holiday village in an old barn. It is very spacious and offer privacy to every body. The is a studio for 2 persons , accessible for disabled people. And several gites with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. For common use there is a lovely fenced swimming pool with terrace and play room and play ground, library, laundry, ping pong and boulodrôme. The gîtes are all very comfortable with nice furniture. The park is wooded and well maintained. We think it is a very nice destination for a family with children. They can make new friends while the parents enjoy the peaceful way of living. From the property there is a very nice view on Monflanquin, on of the most beautiful villages of France, with a lot of activities during the summer season : medieval festivities, brocante, lovely terraces and restaurants. It is also a good location to discover the region with its medieval villages, castles, grotto’s and prehistoric sites.

This gîte is located next to the owners house on the north side with covered terrace overlooking Monflanquin. Everything is at ground level floor and adapted for the disabled.
