Information about holiday rentals

All accommodations we offer, have been visited by us personally. So we know every house and surroundings and know what we talk about. We try to be as objective as possible in the property description.

Our offer includes luxury villas, but also simple holiday cottages. These are still offering charm and a nice location, but do not always offer the luxury you find in a modern villa. The interior photos are meant to give you an idea of the accommodation. It may occasionally occur that the interior is slightly different from the pictures.

Animals

In each house description is mentioned if pets are allowed or not. In any case, we need permission from the owner. Please indicate when booking whether pets are coming. Please also note that the animals are not allowed on the beds and sofas. You also have to hold a health certificate and a rabies vaccination certificate for dogs and cats.

Annoyances

Regarding the inventory of the house, especially the kitchen, we ask our owners to set up the house as they would like to find a rental themselves.

Insurances
